DS Wire Cloth can produce extruder screens, incorporating woven wire mesh as the filter medium. These screens can be in the form of single layer disc screen, multi-layer screen packs of spot-welded or rim-bound packs, multi-layer cylinder filter tubes, and special shaped.
As an efficient and reliable filtration material, the standard five-layer sintered mesh plays a vital role in many industrial fields. Its excellent design, advanced production technology, strict quality control testing, and environmentally friendly characteristics make it an indispensable industrial filtration solution for the present and future.
Sintered mesh filter discs are usually cut from sintered mesh materials and made of high-quality stainless steel materials such as 304 or 316 stainless steel. These materials not only provide excellent corrosion resistance, but also ensure the stability and durability of the filter mesh under high temperature and high pressure environments.
Perforated plate composite sintered mesh is made of standard stainless steel 304 or 316L material, including one or more layers of square hole mesh (or dutche woven mesh). Its structural design fully optimizes the mechanical strength and compressive strength of the filter material.
Sintered metal fiber (non-woven medium) is made of fine metal fibers that are non-woven, laminated and sintered at high temperature.
