In 1998, founded as Anping County Stainless Steel Wire Factory, the company initially focused on producing stainless steel wire for local weaving factories in Anping.

In 2005, a major expansion was completed, increasing annual stainless steel wire production capacity to 8,000 tons.

In 2010, Hebei Dashang Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. was officially established. The company added woven stainless steel wire mesh production lines and launched its foreign trade export operations.

In 2015, introduced German inspection equipment and Japanese weaving components to enhance product quality and manufacturing precision.

In 2019, achieved ISO 9001 International Quality Management System certification.

In 2020, annual stainless steel wire production was adjusted to 6,000 tons, while woven wire mesh production was significantly expanded. Main export product lines include: Stainless steel square-mesh woven wire cloth, Stainless steel Dutch woven wire cloth, Special alloy woven wire cloth (brass, phosphor bronze, pure copper, Monel, nickel-chromium alloys, etc.), Deep-processed wire mesh products (filter discs, screen packs, filter cylinders), Customized processing services (slitting, laser cutting, precision stamping).

In 2022, launched high-standard stainless steel Dutch woven mesh, including 12x64 mesh, 24x110 mesh, and high-precision Dutch woven mesh. These products gained widespread recognition in the sintered mesh market, leading Dashang to become the exclusive supplier of high-precision Dutch woven mesh for numerous sintering and filter element manufacturers.

In 2024, expanded export services for stainless steel woven mesh to over 40 countries. Major export markets include Korea, Russia, Italy, Poland, France, and Latin America.

Extruder Screens & Packs
DS Wire Cloth can produce Extruder Screens & Packs, incorporating woven wire mesh as the filter medium. These screens can be in the form of single layer disc screen, multi-layer screen packs of spot-welded or rim-bound packs, multi-layer cylinder filter tubes, and special shaped.
Stainless Steel Pleated Filter Element
Stainless steel pleated filter element are mainly using stainless steel woven mesh or stainless steel fiber felt. The stainless steel woven mesh is woven from stainless steel wire. Its pleated mesh filter element has the characteristics of smooth pores, easy cleaning, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, no falling off of the wire mesh, and long filtration cycle.
Stainless Steel Square Mesh
Stainless steel square mesh is the most widely used and common woven mesh. The most common and economic weave type is plain weave and twill weave. Plain weave (1/1) is woven by alternating the weft wire over and under the warp wire, and twill weave (2/2) is that each weft wire passes alternately over and under 2 warp wires, staggered on successive warps.
Stainless Steel Filter Mesh
Different from the square mesh, the warp and weft wire diameter and mesh No. of the dutch weave mesh are different. Generally, the dutch weave mesh is interwoven with thick warp wires and fine weft wires, and the mesh surface presents vertical and convex stripes.
