What kind of weave type can you offer?

Dashang Wire Mesh can weave wire cloth with plain weave, twill weave, plain dutch weave, twill dutch weave, reverse dutch weave, crimped weave ect.
What are your main products?

Our main products are stainless steel 304 and 316 series of woven mesh, as well as copper/bronze/brass mesh series. Other special materials can also be customized.
What does MESH mean in your specification?

d - wire diameter w - mesh opening
To represent the density of the woven mesh, we use Mesh to define it, which is: the number of mesh holes within one inch, equal to 25.4/(d+w)
Can you supply material certifications?

Yes. We will provide the product inspection certificate, steel mill raw material certificate, mesh inspection report and other documents.
What is the MOQ of your company?

Depending on the specific specifications of products you need, we have no MOQ requirements for our inventory specifications, but if the quantity is small, your transportation and import costs may not be very cost-effective. If you need custom woven products, our minimum order quantity is generally 150-300 square meters, depending on your specific specifications.
Can I get a sample?

Samples can be provided, but because your products need customized mold production, there will be corresponding costs.
How long is the delivery time of your company?

At present, for customers with stable cooperation, such as the Russian market, we can basically deliver goods 30 days a month. Because the market is relatively stable, we also know the specifications required by the local market, so we will make a certain amount of inventory, and the delivery time is relatively fast. For the new specification requirements, we will follow up the actual machine scheduling and inventory, and make relevant production plans and production cycles for you.

What is your production standard?

Stainless steel wires are produced and inspected in accordance with ASTM A580, and woven mesh is produced and inspected in accordance with ASTM E2016, ASTM E2814 and ISO9044. If the customer has special requirements, it can also be inspected according to the customer's requirements.
