Sintered mesh filter discs are usually cut from sintered mesh materials and made of high-quality stainless steel materials such as 304 or 316 stainless steel. These materials not only provide excellent corrosion resistance, but also ensure the stability and durability of the filter mesh under high temperature and high pressure environments.
Stainless steel pleated filter element are mainly using stainless steel woven mesh or stainless steel fiber felt. Large filtration area (5-10 times that of ordinary cylindrical filter element) and wide filtration fineness range (1-300μm).
Brass wire mesh is commonly made of H65 brass (65% copper and 35% zinc) or H80 brass (80% copper and 20% zinc) wire. Brass, as an alloy, is mainly composed of copper and zinc, and its characteristics include good conductivity, thermal conductivity, and ductility.
