Sintered Metal Mesh
Sintered metal mesh is made of several layers of 304 and 316 stainless steel wire mesh. The inner layer is extremely fine to determine the filtration accuracy. There are coarse mesh above and below the inner layer as a support and protective layer.
Filter Elements
The sintered mesh filter element is made by vacuum sintering five or multiple layers of metal wire mesh, which has strong corrosion resistance, good permeability, high strength, easy cleaning and backwashing, precise filtration accuracy, clean and hygienic filter material, and the wire mesh does not fall off.
Stainless Steel Square Mesh
Stainless steel square mesh is the most widely used and common woven mesh. The most common and economic weave type is plain weave and twill weave. Plain weave (1/1) is woven by alternating the weft wire over and under the warp wire, and twill weave (2/2) is that each weft wire passes alternately over and under 2 warp wires, staggered on successive warps.
Stainless Steel Filter Mesh
Different from the square mesh, the warp and weft wire diameter and mesh No. of the dutch weave mesh are different. Generally, the dutch weave mesh is interwoven with thick warp wires and fine weft wires, and the mesh surface presents vertical and convex stripes.
